energe I can't be sure there is manipulation but I have put in a buy order at the same price as someone who had a buy for 1 million shares on another company.I thought I went after this order but my order was filled.When I went back in the order was still in for the 1 million.The person with the 1 million order must keep dropping behind other orders at the same price.For me if I see multiple buy orders for large numbers means someone wants the price to move up.In my eyes it is a good sign to actually buy as others have vested interest.The vested interest on IBA is Allco.
