In April 2016, as part of its rights issue, the Company issued free op ons over ordinary shares with an exercise price of $0.15 (New Op ons).
The Company has received queries from shareholders about the procedure for the exercise of the New Op ons.
The New Op ons are only exercisable by the holders of the New Op ons between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm on 30 April 2018. The New Op ons can be exercised by delivering a completed applica on form and payment to the Company’s Share Registry. While the terms of the New Op ons require the applica on form and payment to be actually delivered to the Company’s Share Registry on 30 April 2018, the Company will treat as a valid exercise of New Op ons, applica on forms (and accompanying payments) which are received by the Company’s Share Registry no earlier than 9.00 am on 16 April 2018. The Company will not accept applica on forms which are received a er 5.00 pm on 30 April 2018.
Payment of the exercise price must be by way of cheque or money order. Neither the Company nor its Share Registry have the capacity to accept payment of the exercise price by EFT or credit card.
As detailed in the Prospectus dated 23 March 2016, the New Op ons cannot be exercised at any other me. In par cular, and as advised earlier, there will be no accelera on of the exercise of the New Op ons even if there is a takeover bid for the Company or some other form of control transac on occurs.
The Company will make an announcement to the ASX before this me, reminding op on holders of the exercise date and process for exercise of the op ons.
