The resignation of the two directors may be good for shareholders. Chinese may choose to buy out KTL shareholders and take the project to China outright.
An unconditional offer of 10 cents per share would value the company at about $40 mill.
May be better times ahead for shareholders who have suffered poor valued stock for far too long.
Lets keep our fingers crossed for a takeover pitch.
