I am not sure if anyone knew about this, but I didn't feel quite good about the last few weeks trading activity.
There seems to be no upside energy nor anyone was willing to sell. Just stagnant.
So I decided to reduce my holding. With today's announcement hold no regrets for doing it.
So now RED management are saying production for March quarter will be 12-15K ounces instead of 16-19k added with mill issue which means AISC will be very high. On top other development activities such as underground mining and King of the Hill activities will put more upward pressure on AISC for the next six months.
"The commencement of underground development and mining at the KOTH project and resource definition activities at the Darlot mine during the March 2018 Quarter will have an impact on the expected AISC for potentially the next two quarters."
To me all this means there is little upside for the next 6-9 months ( barring huge spike in the gold price) and downward selling pressure from the 5 cent holders.
RED5 will always be RED5.
