I have been advised by good authority (not by someone in JAT or GK) that they are not allowed to make any major announcements relating to GK until after the acquisition is approved. I think that is pretty obvious why. Hence my query on the possibility that GK have gone ahead to arrange submission of the CFDA application. Of course there is no guarantee but business logic one would assume that they would not hold it up due to not knowing how long the suspension was going to last and then a further month for the shareholder vote. Together with 300588's timings then it could be a lot closer than what many believe.

BTW I doubt you will get anything out of the company. They are very tight lipped. It will be the old "we are not in a position to make any announcement".
