There's certainly some good reading in all that and one glaring lesson everyone could learn. If you are signing a contract in business don't ever walk away from a boardroom or in this case some seedy hotel room in Las Vegas when there is only one "supposed" contract and the other person has it in their hot little hand, take a few minutes to walk to the reception and get them to photocopy it for you, so you can have your signed copy as well lmao
This claim has been dismissed by an Australian court and even if they do win any sort of hometown judgement the likelihood it will probably have to be heard to some degree here in Australia again and the same outcome will be found as before, Talk to me in 5 years time ahhhhh to be a lawyer, this would be like taking candy form a baby.
