Trying to ring the company and no answer. Given the tax debts, it all is clear to me. We have buckleys chance of the directors returning the shares. I am about to file an online complaint to ASIC. I wouldn't be surprised if these guys do a runner. ordinarily, I'd like ASIC to put a hold on their bank account to stop them doing a runner but that won't happen.

Given that they overstated their current assets re the soar coins by around $15m and they never disclosed this latest debt as a contingent liability, and what's the quality of their accounts receivable??????. These guys are just .............. better be careful what i say in fear of a law suit.
