Just because it says it is at arms length does not mean it is at arms length. There is clear benefit to Brett here.
However the part I do not like is that but Brett being involved in both companies, he is inadvertently saying that SAS is only worth 12c because that is the terms at which he is willing to raise capital.
Its just a crap message that gets sent out. I still like SAS, idea, the tech. Management of this does not get my tick though.
