Can anyone tell me if the following is inside trading ...I just dontwant to do the wrong thing.....Iwas sitting on a plane whilst it was loading and the passanger across the isle was talking on a mobile.instructing someone to buy shares in his company..during the flight i got talking to him and he said he was going overseas to sign a very large deal for his company and the price will rise very substancially when the announcement is made.....he told me the name but nothing about Ishould buy shares.......i have noticed good buying and an upward trend in the price.....What i need to know is .if i buy shares in this company am i subject to insider trading...as i dont want to name the company i have used BHP Code that is not the company ..as Iam only new to this copper thing i didnt know how to post without using the code
