....from Kalgoorlie Miner 13/12/07.PEAK RESOURCES HAS STARTED drilling at its goldfields uranium project following positive soil samples.Urnanium Bridge Minerals have been found at shallow depths on the edge of the lake near Leinster. Regional radio metrics data identified a zone of anomalous urnaium in sediments 7 kms by 2.5 kms. The company has a spectrometer at site monitering samples as they are drilled but assays should be forwarded in 2 weeks. Orginally floated as a gold explorer, Mark Maine said this is still the target strategy.
Lots more in the article but to wrap it up they are drilling another 1200 metres RC at Menzies before Christmas and a 10, 000m Rab programme in January.
