The minutes from the ccc meeting in February is worth a squiz (from the Bowdens Silver website )....
Still haven't obtained a water supply and the EIS has been pushed back again to mid-year. ....they should be able to squeeze two more raises in while your waiting! !
And even after all that, i can't see the project getting off the ground
