Lots of talk on the threads regarding compensation it FAR win PE.

I to, am in the camp that should FAR win PE there will not be an award of compensation.
As said, it is an "iterative" process, you do this, then that, then that.
If "that" wasn't done correctly, (PE documents), then you simply go back to "that", and proceed.
Clean cut easy. The rest is just obfuscation. It will be an all or nothing affair.


If FAR win, PE reset is easy, clean cut, and the arbiters could not be criticized.
An award of compensation, where do you start, and whatever figure they were to come up with would be open to heavy criticism. How do you begin to put a figure on it?
The WPL holders will continue their "compensation line", as we know what PE reset means to WPL.
So no, FAR won't be counting on any cash out of a PE win, unless of course there is a negotiated settlement, which I think is unlikely.
Of course, just my humble opinion.
