    As an engineer I make a lousy accountant BUT isnt Macquarie a fee earning entity and isnt the debt in all the spun off infrastructure funds?

    Also, I read somewhwere that Macquarie has one of the best investment risk assessment teams in the world ... my guess is that investors in a failing spun off fund would take a much bigger hit than Macquarie.
