Yesterday on CNBC Trading Matters (Aus show) the 2 guest guru's responded to a viewer's email asking their opinion on AFG. They both advised that caution is warranted due to it being highly leveraged. RAT is one of AFG's property trusts and it came out with bad news 2 days ago on it's financials - dropped from .90 to .81 instantly. I sold both last week having held for just 2 weeks each - took the small profits, so glad, lucky timing all that was.
