I've contacted IMS today via email to request they update the market on the Telstra dispute, given that Telstra were to cease providing the service on 2 March and no injunctive action has been taken (no listings before or after in NSW Supreme Court). I'll let you know if I hear anything. Next stop will be to raise the concern with the ASX as a failure of continuous disclosure obligation on the part of IMS. Completely fed up with the treatment of shareholders from this company.
