It is my understanding that DFS is not done in house (most likely a lack of professional expertise) and is contracted out to specialist engineering outfit. These consultants create that very detailed document independently of the wishes of any of their paymaster following Oz standards of calculations etc. This is usually a $20M document detailing right down to all cost including FIFO and man hours per shift etc. So I think delays are always inevitable for whatever reason. @Fozza can perhaps shed more light on the inner workings of a DFS document as I can only rely from what I read in the past from HC and they are usually opinions dressed up as facts, including mine!

I am looking at the price action and it is just sideway hacking so there really isn't much to glean from. However I suspect there will be a few holders selling because the price is still at a premium to the SPP offer and then hoping to 'profit' from this transaction.
