What do you mean 'exactly'. Your post didn't reference CFDs.
Secondly CFD providers who provided the ability to short BIG could have hedged their position with active shorts on market. What else would explain why there was a spike in short positions on Monday 5 February if there weren't active short positions on the market. Or they can hedge internally with other longs, its up to them. But you can't say for sure CFDs do not include on market transactions, including short positions. Unless you have it in writing from CFD providers?
You're confusing people with your posts around shorting and CFDs. You described it incorrectly and you're continuing with misinformation.
