The permits that cvi are after are for angolans only, i think the cost of getting them will only be around $300k. I think Quest will be part of the deal which will give it more credability on the financial side.
Smyth said cityview is taking no part in the bidding process for these angolan only permits (not listed on sonangol 2007/2008 bidding round), it was all going to be handled by our angolan partners (nexoil?).
