    HaHa yes thats the logical conclusion, but stocks dont always follow logic.. WE are totally in the dark as to why the "dalay" or is it that many more things to discuss and agree and Cam Govt wont/cant sign off as SDL demands or others are agreeable or is it just that so many projects and we have to "fit in" when they have time to get to us. Maybe trip to China will clean up all this and we have decision within 6 months?
    No halts means nothing imminent? However nothing would make me sell my shares now at the 11 hour !!
