Taboon said in his post that he could smell a signing ceremony. If there may be a signing ceremony in Beijing next week, it does explain the delay. Please remember that this SDL project is huge and worth more than $5 billion including mine and infrastructure (port and rail). This type of huge project generally requires high level support and full back up. Time may have come for SDL. Hope all long-term suffering holders will see soon the bright light at this long tunnel. Fingers crossed.
