Sure, they would be amused at 2.8, but ine would assume the reason why they bought 38 mill in the first place is that it would trade well above that price, maybe in the mid 3's, not hover at their initial price.
If that was their game, they would be rushing the stock when no one was looking to get it to go somewhere. No, it has been see sawing on this level, and then all of a sudden, it goes for a run, then, inexplicably falls, and the pattern repeats. Sounds more like crafty traders.
