Agree with you Neil in the way the sell orders hit the market 16.5-17 cents.
I've taken out the seller on a couple of occasions recently and almost immediately the seller is back with another 100k or more shares.

I've been happy to buy at those levels and pay an extra cent or so because I think they are still ridiculously cheap I and wanted the stock, rather than risk not getting it at all when the market wakes up and they go well above 20 cents.

Got my quota now so won't be helping the sellers any further, and with little apparent interst in the stock, if they get impatient, they could still come back to your and RBs buy price.

But I can't understand, particularly in the light of their latest announcement, that anyone is prepared to sell them at below 20 cents.
