I thought about this fiasco and wondered the same thing. Was this incompetence or deliberate? It is hard to beleive that BO would be so stupid as to put out an announcement like this. Not even CJ did anything like this and he was a lawyer and had never run a company before, not even a private company. MUS don't need the money at this stage as they have access to $20 million from Arena so why the last minute desperate throw of the dice to pump the SP?

Is the aim to have the CR fall over so that the shares can be sold off on the cheap to someone else or is it to kill the SP so Arena can convert and take the company private for next to nothing? One thing is certain and that is BO's reputation is now lower than CJ's.

All in all the soap drama that is MUS keeps on running.
