Once again you don't read announcements first of all the CR is not completed so they can not sell and second these people will not be day traders some might sell some are probably already holders of SAS
Are you aware that there is 708 sophisticated investers so if you have 10 mill divided by 708 that's less than 15,000 so us normal investers would be having more shares with the SPP
