    IR is not the sales team, they are investor relations. If they misrepresent the facts to you. If they do lie to you, you have been scammed, and are eligible for recourse.

    I spoke with Ir, the 12k package was advised as most popular. This is verifyable by the fact that the arpu is SIGNIFICANTLY above the rates on website offerings, which as you correctly pointed out, are much cheaper.
