History shows Chins only wants to secure enough raw materials for their needs, but have this obsession with controlling the market supply of any rare materials that are in short supply globally...Congo will be next on their acquisition list....and l suggest it will be a bigger % than Glencore....that's probably why they acquisition in this order....a big slice of Congo will then have them well positioned to 'influence' supply and price of cobalt globally....watch this space...
