Maybe it's the optimist in me but I also noted that the Kwanza Basin grant seemed to be expected and it was a matter of 'when' rather than a 'possibility'.
And yes Raks, good to see the location of the Niger Delta permits we're applying for clarified - been a bit of speculation over this.
Of course we were hoping that it would all fall into place before Christmas - and I'm sure MS would have loved things to run to schedule - but they haven't so we just wait a bit longer and accumulate if you can.
