Now comments like that are very serious accusations Top pick . Be careful .
Management put it on the record yesterday that they are solvent otherwise they would not be trading .
The businesses are active, earning, occupied, and anchored . Restructuring is in action with KPMG seniors as advisers and multiple options considered .
I thought I would check with a builder in Melbourne who works for CNP on large contracts .
I won't mention his name or his business, so take my word or leave it . You can research the same if you are lateral thinking and don't mind some effort .
Anyway, this builder said he was very nervous when the news first came out as were others working for CNP .
He immediately did an invoice for arrears which was substantial .
The invoice was paid the next morning and hs communication with management made him satisfied and confident to continue contracting for them .
The company has locked exits from non listed trusts and has witheld a dividend . Rents keep coming in . They have capital and income .
