Pinkie38 made a statement based on information that was available to them, and until Mr Borg confirmed it, it was all alleged.

I made this statement in a previous post:

- re: money raised to fund Morabisi that already had funds raised to completely fund it
- re: the hype begins again with Mr Borg "allegedly buying" on market and participating in the placement and everyone getting excited, the re-appearance of ex T20 holders that may have brought back in and not to mention the "pseudo" posters that have arrived.

The only thing from that statement that changes is you strike through the word "alleged" the rest is still relevant re: hype, as @Cohan (post #31795843) has graciously provided an example of with information from a chat group that cannot be confirmed and even @Pinkie38 dropped in some "hype" around Borg indicating that they had missed out on the CR as it was only for the 708's that add value, post 31772287

I have the utmost respect for Brendan Borg (@blastfurnace) one of the nicest gentlemen I have met and had a drink with, as for only those that can add value? he is currently only a share holder that purchased $90k of shares on market and took an allocation in the CR, what value will he add?
GPP have competent Geologists in Watts (fly overs) and GSM (on the ground) don't they?

Mr Borg has a remarkable reputation and following (justifiably so) GPP management have used his reputation, (https://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20161013/pdf/43by83lkr3pyg2.pdf) the GPP LTH private chat group are trying to use it, the regular fan club are getting in on the act and trying to use it.
Cast your minds back when Borg Geosciences came on board, the same fan fare and almost the same posters then as it is now, just move your search a little further forward from then, and the sentiment towards Borg and the "other" person that sold out changed dramatically.

I will maintain my position, as this is a history "Rinse and Repeat".

Slightly perplexed as to why no-one has raised eyebrows that these 2 almost identical "placements" (Nov 16 and Mar 18) are for almost identical purposes - re: to fully fund the Morabisi project (Nov) and to fund the drilling campaign at Turesi,
Mid March and still no sign/mention/announcement the road is completed, the excavator arrived, the drill arrive and being positioned

@Pinkie38, was the placement over subscribed and scaled back? or was it because they could only offer what was available under listing rule 7.1 - the remaining capacity allocation ?
