Absolute crap..... it wasn't his revenue to spend. Costelloe's last full year was 06-07 (fact, fact, fact, fact, fact and triple fact). Costelloe in his last full year as treasurer (06-07) ran a surplus with $234b revenue, and Labor, in their few incompetent years, couldn't run a surplus when their lowest years revenue was $284b (fact and quadruple fact). The Labor-lite Liberals have continued the deficits, and a huge mess is being left for people not even born, to clean up.
