Hopefully, this is an academic question and settlement can be reached without resorting to intervention. But, if a dispute cannot be resolved, there is recourse available for the aggrieved party.
I doubt if that will apply at least for the foreseeable future as the NQLC only received Laneway's part of the application at the end of November 2018 and we have had the summer holiday period in between.
