    Correction if I may........

Titaniferous magnetite deposits (TMD) are the most common type of hard rock mining done around the world to extract V2O5 concentrates and TiO2 concentrates plus iron ore concentrates as the third possibility for by product credits. KRC is a TMD, but the issue with their deposit is the very low grade and the isolated location where it is found. If I had to bet then I would be punting that it will never get into production. I can't be bothered listing all the reasons for such an opinion......... c'est la vie because this aren't the KRC threads.

V2O5 concentrates are also, or can also, be produced from various types of hydrocarbon deposits with oil shale like IRC have being one type.

Important not to forget that a large volume of vanadium produced to supply the World is produced from the slag of iron smelting processes as well.

So, whilst it seems that the hot money has moved into vanadium at the moment one should be very careful about selecting the companies that might eventually be winners in this field...... if you know what I mean!

Regardless, when hot money enters there is always opportunity to make money in the short term............ but that is trading not investing and very very few are good at trading. Mark my words and don't get left holding the parcel when the music stops because one can be sure that the parcel contains very stinky stuff.

    Cheers
