I am in agreement with Smithy here, very clear statement re commercialisation compared to historical announcements.
In my view no better time than to accumulate at these very cheap prices - announcement is v positive for those that are patient with a longer term perspective.
Do feel it could run at any moment if a larger institution gets involved.
