I did some thinking and I really dont know why they haven't already gone down the path of raising a quick 100 mill shares @ 2c (no options) for working capital and DFS commitments to settle the balance sheet worries. That way it'll be free to stretch it's legs and command a higher SP on the vanadium rise. News of permits grant give it an extra leg up, then raise another 100 mill odd shares @ 3c.
So that'd be $5 mill in the bank to fund working capital, Tasiast drill campaign, Tiris DFS and whatever it is they are going to do with the Haggan float.
Disclosure held. I picked up some speculators @ 2.2. Im not here for Haggan.
