I'm in now because I anticipate the CR is likely to be imminent and I've got a feeling the market will respond very well to it. In the meantime I dont think this trades much below 2.2c (if any), so effectively buying the low in my mind.
I had intentions of coming in when permits were granted but I think this may be closer to 3c if the CR beats it which seems probable.
All imo.
