I don't know if they bought the properties when the price was at almost peak or at the bottom of the cycle. The only way seems to sell those which is still in the black. In case the bank doesn't lend to them, I guess some of the executives who pocket big time in the past few years should cough up some of there fortune to save the company or just let it liquidated for firesale:))
