Hi Duds…Don't want to cross threads but chasing Li atm…AJM looks to have about 50% upside over the next 2 months by my reckoning…currently in T/O talk but value in the stock hasn't been released as yet… tax is only now an issue for me since I come into the newly introduced tax system for top end superfunds…max tax 15% so I'm ok with that… enjoy NUH at least the company has now realised what it is primarily, a hearing aid medical device. It must be careful from here because unless the products are seen to be different by the public, it may shoot itself in the foot. A young hipster doesn't want to be seen wearing a hearing aid or more particularly a middle aged person in denial about hearing loss will want to be seen to be wearing Live although he needs Boost. The two market/product perceptions may clash. I think this has always been the concern of management. I would follow the medical device route as the margins will be much greater and the competition fewer. Another angle the company could promote is to market the Buds as the best device for interacting in the IOT world. The bud would be considered a hands free body part where all connectivity of the IOT world is channeled. It would be the device you go to first thing in the day to get all relevant information for you effecting your life…the list would be extensive including basic news, traffic reports , weather, a farmer water levels in dam, a butchers cold store power failure, your car telling you it needs a service and fuel fill and whether the petrol station around the corner is currently open etc etc. in other words the bud becomes an indispensable body part for users to get what ever information is pushed via IOT. It's hands free and no need to be walking down the street bumping into people on your smart phone … by the time you got to work you are up to date with everything relevant to you.… just a thought but a powerful marketing approach . The bud may have to be bigger to accommodate the logistics and affixed to the ear itself more securely but what we have is a body part for interactive communication and not just a phone/music player and/or hearing assistant device… cheers
