No I havent spoken to her personally. I did call the company earlier this year...she wasnt in.

I usually email companies 'these days'

'If' its advised to call them (via a reply email invitation for example) I usually take up the offer.

Historically I phone a company when I am looking to make a decision about my investment.
I have often sold my shares based on a phone call to a company.

Currently, despite 2007 events, I am holding tight as my confidence levels are high re this investment.

My encouraging others to email is to 'wake the lazy beast out of its hibernation'...to get them to 'act'

Its alive and well....just fat and lazy and still wiping the sleep fro its eyes ;)
