I agree with your scenario AV . Moneytree, you are being overly pessimistic. ICN will have no trouble raising funds either through a share placement or preferably a farmout. The CBM project is potentially huge and nobody will let it stagnate. There are good indications that the CBM will flow.My guess is that they will get a good test or two carried out and then based on strong results, either farmout or have a capital raising.Unfortunately it is all taking time but that is the nature of things right now.
I was hoping to pay my kids Uni fees with the share profits but looks like it could be my grandkids.
