My personal thought is the company will survive with less properties, more shares, new Joint Ventures, less debt, lower dividends and fresh management

    Bello quite a list

can you quantify any of these thoughts?

    how much debt

how many more shares and why issue more shares

    dividends have ceased

you cannot withdraw funds from any of the trusts until Feb 14th as long as you made application before the 17th AFTER the trading halt was lifted

    what profit share from JV

    what assets will be sold

Bello.....recent trading hs presented opportunities,i agree

however future trading presents great risks as much is totally unknown.

i for one would want to be out of the stock every day at COB,because this could turn real nasty very quickly and imo holding even overnight represents a risk going forward now
