What I am suggesting is not that LPI gives away any of its resource ...
The problems are all political and it could easily develop from here. A series of offtake agreements from each participant going to a single operator with the Govt getting the slice it wants will avoid some sort extended political quagmire.
The downstream Co's want supply ... price is not the issue for them. The producers want margin. The Govt wants control. If one multinational is given a monopoly over off-take and production they will pay top dollar for the privilege....imo.
Anyway ... I am sure things will take their own course and the above is unlikely.. just looking at it and wondering how I personally would do things.
