Are you kidding me mate? From her accepting the job offer and the announcement coming out, you've give her a week to pack her life up in London, Find a new place to live, move in, and do 1,000,001 other different things. As an expat myself, I understand how difficult it is. She probably didn't even have a desk or a computer when you messaged her. I'm certain the last thing on her mind would be answering simple questions from the likes of you, give her a break and a few weeks to settle in.
