"A2M don’t own the cows that are tested using their patented tail hair test but they do own the milk that comes from those cows if it is to be sold as a2/a2 milk. I have queries this and A2M have given approval to Moxey and Leppington to sell any surplus a2/a2 milk produced from these cows as UHT milk. A2M aren’t concerned about the UHT market. ie A2M approved this. Remember it is only for production surplus to A2M’s requirements"

Nice work, juicer. I had always suspected this was the case regarding use of A2 milk once a supplier had used the patented test methods. Makes sense.

Also, the UHT milk handover to Freedom sounds reasonable given A2M abandoned this product category after they couldn't find a manufacturer to produce in the small volumes that were being sold. However, I wonder if A2M will give (or are required to give) permission for A2 Protein IF being potentially proposed by Freedom?
