What shortfall.... Share purchase plan has not closed yet , nobody will know the end figure until it closes ,on or before the 27th of march .
$10,000,000 has already been raised by issue of 83,000,000 shares to investors on the 16th .
Share Purchase Plan has 83,000,000 more it can issue raising a further $10,000,000.
so we wait until it closes .
