Stock is better value than ever at this SP, and lets face it, Oil is not in an extended bear market now is it? I predict it will go higher and higher. Too much demand, never enuff supply.
Next drilling is into higher percentatage "sub-salt" targets that have given 85% of Angola's historic production, so one might hope they have much better chances of proving commercial.
JD is the man. He even has a drink I quite like.
Even without much of a find in Angola, at these prices ROC is good value IMO.
