I'm still not a fan of a director selling 100% of their holding in the space of 24 months, which looks like he's going to be doing. Sure he's retiring, but who's to say that some dirt won't be dug up shortly after he retires and he's then wiped his hands completely clean (i.e. no holding). Stranger things have happened.
On the other hand, he sold a large percentage of his holding at much lower prices, so he has literally lost tens of millions in profit by selling early
