Whatever the case maybe, my view is this:

1 - that article was more directed towards the ASX as a whole rather than Big. Big provides the click bait, but its not really the focus.
2 - its kinda irrelavent regarding what R.E. stated or didnt, and what his specific wording means - his conviction is spent if I have read correctly, so he doesn't actually have to tell anyone about it (as per the above link)
3 - if my not-at-all-legally-certified brain has read all that legal stuff correctly.....whoopsiedaisy AFR, I think you may have made a boo boo printing that...

Wow this could be very interesting. It says that it is unlawful to tell another person about another person's spent conviction. Well printing it in a newspaper is telling a fair few people. I wonder what the penalties are. Now it's a question whether the conviction was spent. I sure hope it is haha.
