Anywhere along the new southern rail line.....opened today...those of you who remember what occurred at Joondalup will relate to this.
Mandurah, Rockingham, Success, Atwell (anywhere close to the new rail station), Bertram, Wellard, Baldivis, Parmelia (Kwinana any where close to the new rail station/s).
Bertram was picked in the API Top 100 for demand and capital growth in 2008...I wonder why? Rents have already increased over 25% and are forecast to go higher. Fin Review has seen this as pushing up demand for construction and established homes.
DYOR and watch closely in 2008/2009/2010...API have it right.
Disclaimer I hold 2 properties in the southern suburbs :) and another large acreage 10mins from a train station. Retirement and clipper is nearing.
