not necessarily... I imagine anyone smart 'in the loop' would have bought in weeks ago to avoid attracting the wrong attention. Is a tough call; but then their aunts and uncles cousins, grandparents, and the neighbour's dog will want to jump on the train too.
Some stocks show insider activity before the run (after the ANN), others don't. FDL is a classic one that got everyone by suprise.
Whatever the surprise, I hope it is a pleasant one. No turkey for christmas; just KFC while I wait in anticipation.
