I find it very hard to understand this constant talk about CRs.
The cash-flow report for Dec Qtr showed they had $8m by end Dec 2017.
They said they had received $12.5m in Jan 2018 from the second tranche.
Their expected cash outflows for the March Qtr was $10.5m.
So that leaves them with around $10m at 31 March 2018!!
So why the incessant talk about CRs??
It will happen one day as sure as night follows day but now???
